New VersaFlow Meters Are Manufactured by Krohne to Honeywell Standards; Sold and Supported by Honeywell
PHOENIX, June 11, 2007 – Honeywell (NYSE:HON) announced today that it is launching a new line of high-performance flow meters. The Honeywell VersaFlow™ line, which is debuting at this week’s Honeywell Users Group Symposium in Phoenix, features Electromagnetic, Coriolis, Ultrasonic and Vortex flow meters. Krohne, a highly respected maker of process devices, will manufacture the flow meters to Honeywell’s standards for quality, performance and reliability. The flow meters will be distributed and supported on a global basis through Honeywell’s existing sales and distribution organization.
The launch of the VersaFlow line marks Honeywell’s entry into the flow meter market and the strategic expansion of its field-device portfolio.
